Welcome, Fr. Emmanuel Mensah

We are pleased to welcome Fr. Emmanuel Mensah, who will be staying with us during July, August, and September. Fr. Emmanuel was ordained for the Diocese of Sekondi-Takoradi (in South-western Ghana) in 1992. He has parish experience as an associate and as a pastor in Ghana as well as in South Africa (Diocese of Witbank). He is familiar with our diocese, having served as a chaplain at Mercy Medical Center, Franklin General Medical Center, Huntington Hospital, the A. Holly Patterson Home, and Glen Cove Hospital. Several weeks ago we expressed our deep appreciation to Sr. Louise Cullen and wished her the best on her retirement as the Director of Stewardship at St. Joseph Parish.
