Virtual Seminars being offered by the Alzheimer’s Association, Long Island Chapter

We would like you to know that the LI chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association continues to offer its services to clients, caregivers and families via webinars and telephone, including support groups and educational programs.

St. Joseph’s Parish has been asked to canvas our parishioners to determine a need/interest in participating in online programs such as “10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s disease,” “Understanding Alzheimer’s and dementia” and “Healthy living for your brain & body” among other topics.  You would also have the opportunity to connect with the agency for consultation and follow up for particular needs you may have.

If you are interested in participating in these free programs, please contact Anna Sirianni at 747-7120 or for further information.  Please share this information with others who might benefit.  We are hoping to offer these webinars over the summer, and since they are virtual, you can participate from anywhere.  We hope to hear from you!
