Thanks and Good News
Once again, we want to thank our parishioners who have not forgotten the Parish during these confusing days, those parishioners who continue to contribute through the Sunday offering envelopes. Your loyalty and generosity are most appreciated. Parish expenses have not abated – maintenance, supplies, salaries, etc., all remain on-going obligations. We encourage other parishioners, as they are able, to support for St. Joseph as well. Contributions can be mailed or dropped through the mail slot in the rectory door.
We hope you are able to go onto the parish website to view daily Mass. And this might be a good time to consider giving us your e-mail address, so we can keep everyone up to date with future news.
Also, most welcome good news: St. Joseph’s has applied for and been granted a federal government PPP loan to assist in payroll expenses. While this loan will not answer all our needs, it will go a long way in maintaining fiscal strength until the national and local economies return to stability.
Our sympathy to our parishioners who have lost loved ones to the pandemic. And prayers for you, our state, our nation, and our world continue.
And finally, those Mass intentions that were scheduled during this time when no public Masses or sacraments are permitted have not been forgotten. Those intentions have all been celebrated by the priests at private Masses. Know that you loved ones have been remembered at the altar.
